Congratulations to District 16 Champions, Upper Loudoun American!

Loudoun South fought off a very strong Upper Loudoun American team to win a 20-15 slug fest, overcoming two strong Upper Loudoun leads in a 9 home run game. But Upper Loudoun American came back too strong in the second game, adding 3 more home runs behind strong pitching.

Upper Loudoun American will represent District 16 in the 2010 Virginia State Little League Tournament, which is being held in District 13 in Clintwood, Virginia. The team will report on July 15, with the State Tournament starting July 16.
